You’ve heard of yoga as a workout regimen, but how is it used as a therapeutic tool? During a session with me (Kate), we’ll adapt common yoga practices—like postures, breathing techniques, and meditation—to address specific physical and mental challenges you may be facing. 

Using my training in other mind and body modalities, I can seamlessly add in extra techniques and tools to create a healing session that’s tailored to you and your needs.
