Mindful Living

Mindful Living is based on the concept, practice, and implementation of mindfulness in your everyday life. If you find your life or yourself feeling hurried, scattered, stressed, and/or disorganized then I believe learning to live more mindfully will be a game changer for you! Mindfulness is the ability to be present in the moment, accepting it as it is without judgement. Mindful Living is learning to take the feelings gained from a mindfulness practice; present, calm, open, relaxed, and creating new habits and practices so you not only feel but live in peace. 

There are several ways you can work with Kate to learn how to live mindfully:

Mindfulness Coaching ~ This would be best suited for a beginner of mindfulness. 

Self-care Set-up ~ This session would be for someone who has knowledge and practice of mindfulness but needs help creating personal practices, rituals, boundaries, and habit changes in their life so they can live mindfully and at peace. 

Mindful Living At Home ~ This is an opportunity to turn your house into a home. Over the years Kate has created relaxing spaces for clients at her studio, and on retreats and has seen just how much an environment has an effect on one's mental health and well-being. From this Kate has worked with several clients and has helped them through home decor, organization, and editing down only the necessities to create a peaceful space. Small intention changes in your home can make a big impact on how you live and feel in your space which in turn positively affects your mental health and overall sense of well-being.
