Yoga Therapy Session (in-person)
This session is all about you! Whether you are coming for mental, physical, or emotional support, Kate will suggest and perform the practices she feels would be most beneficial for your mind/body. Kate's main modality is intuitive bodywork, but she also uses practices from her Yoga Therapy Training as well as the principles and teachings of mindfulness.
Your session will take place at Kate's private studio in Cool Springs. Once you schedule your session, Kate will send you the address and all the information you will need for your session. Please see Kate's current availability below.
