Online Yoga Therapy sessions will take place on Zoom
The session can include any type of yoga therapy Kate would find helpful for you. It could also include yoga therapy, mindfulness, stress-coping skills, meditation, breathwork, emotion code, and other practices to support your mind and body. Each session is geared toward the individual and Kate may also take notes and email them to you after your session.
