Hello and welcome to our first blog post HOORAY!
I've found that the ABC's of Happy are sometimes hard to explain unless you see them in person. My intention for this blog is to tell you a little more about the practice, what it's for, how to use it, and to hear from those who are already practicing!
In my 34 years of life I've longed for happiness but have oftentimes come up short. Within the last few years of being a yoga therapist and delving into the practice of mindfulness, I've learned that happiness is mostly a choice and then a practice. That is what the ABC's of Happy is all about!
I created the ABC's of Happy and wrote 26 different intentions, 1 for each letter of the alphabet, to give myself and others something to practice.
As I continue on my own journey of using these simple words and concepts to practice happy, my heart is to spread this message. I'm finding that happiness is less about what we're supposed to have and more about what we create.
You too can turn that frown upside down with a little intention and practice. :)
