Both classes for $15  or One class for $10

This 30-minute session will be an opportunity for you to pause in the busyness of life and to check in with your whole being. This class will provide stress relief and relaxation as preventative wellness for your body, mind, and soul! 

Kate will guide you through simple seated movements to release tension and tightness. This will allow your body to de-stress. It will also help your mind to begin to slow down and become present, which is healing for your nervous system.

The rest of the practice will be focused on letting go of worries, burdens, and whatever else feels heavy through intentional breathing. We will end our time together with a short meditation by receiving the benefits of the practice through quiet, rest, and peace.

Once you sign up for the class date you want Kate will email the Zoom link for that class. 

The class starts at 7 p.m. central and will be a 30-minute practice
