The ABC's of Happy Mindfulness Cards

The ABC’s of Happy is the Mindfulness Practice Kate wrote and created to help you build more mindful habits in your life one card at a time. 

Each cardpack consists of 26 intentions on cards, each with a word and an associated intention for you to practice. These intentions come on colorful cards with a mini easel so you can place your intention anywhere you’d like. There is the original version and also a kid's version written by 9-year-old Zach Garvey.
