Hi friends,
Over the past few months, I've noticed something I hadn't anticipated.
Looking back, each monthly theme seems to have prepared me for the next.
APRIL ~ Working with Overwhelm asked me:
How do I regulate when life feels like too much?
MAY ~ Coming Back to Awareness asked me:
What is actually happening?
JUNE ~ Honoring the Changes asked me:
Can I stop fighting what is?
And now, another invitation has emerged.
Lean In.
Now that I'm no longer resisting...
How do I lean into this space?

When I finally stopped resisting and did my best to begin honoring the changes I'd been experiencing, I realized there was something asking for my attention.
I sensed an invitation to lean in.
To become quiet.
To listen.
To sense.
To trust that there was something here for me if I was willing to pay attention.
Maybe that's what leaning in really is.

Resistance is still here, but I’m learning how to be with it differently.
I can honor it now—and the changes it’s pointing me toward.
I’m also beginning to lean into these changes instead of fearing what they might mean.
This practice of leaning in is offering me a new perspective… that maybe something good is here.
That what I once experienced as loss or something negative might actually be a bud—tight and small, but patiently holding new life.
And that possibility is what is encouraging me to keep leaning in.
And perhaps you can lean into your life exactly as it is too.

Always practicing with you!
