Sound of Love Meditation & Stretch Practice / Feb. 11th

The practice begins at 7 p.m. with the 1st half featuring a gentle seated and lying down stretch practice led by Kate to love the body into rest.
The 2nd half of the practice you will receive the incredible benefits of Sound Healing. Laura will use crystal singing bowls to balance your energy and offer you deep rest.
The practice can be done seated or lying down so feel free to bring blankets and pillows for extra comfort. (Kates' yoga props are available for use but first come first served)
