FREE Holiday Meditation
In this busy season, gift yourself with some space to have a Silent Night. Take 30 minutes to gently stretch your shoulders and neck and release tension within the comfort of your own home. Allow yourself to breathe deeply and let go of stress. Then let yourself settle into stillness to reflect upon what is important to you during this time of year. We'll close the practice by inviting that to the forefront of your mind while letting everything else go.
This session will take on Zoom which is an online meeting room and completely free.
