This guided meditation for sleep will help you get to sleep, or get back to sleep if you've woken up in the middle of the night. It is led by yoga therapist Kate Moyer and set to calming, soothing music.
You will be led through the practice with awareness or your breath, your body, and invitations to support whatever is troubling your mind. Kate's voice is a calm background for your pathway back to sleep.
The meditation session is 20 minutes with a few moments of soft music at the end.
