PERSONALIZED At -Home Mini Retreat
This is an upgrade to the At-Home Mini-Retreat. This option offers you a much more curated practice to meet your personal needs for relaxation and retreat.
You will receive your product 5-8 days after purchase. Please plan accordingly.
What you will get:
You will begin by scheduling a Yoga Therapy Consult (30 minutes on Zoom or by phone) with Kate to discuss what particular practices you think would be helpful and/or discuss options with Kate. Go HERE to see Kate's current availability.
A personalized itinerary created from the feedback from your consult starting at 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. to help guide you through your at-home retreat day. The itinerary is broken up into 3 parts: morning, afternoon, and evening in case you don't have an entire day to dedicate to the practice. You can split it up!
An Intention setting journaling exercise, to help you focus on what you want and need from your retreat and to connect to your heart.
3 private YouTube links (please do not share these) / you will be able to keep these practices so you can do them again and again
2 will be practices created for you and your needs
1 will be the guided at-home relaxation practice with extended relaxation practices added for even more bliss!
The practice includes a foot soak and a guided foot massage.
You will need:
- Epson salts and/or bubble bath
- A small tub or bucket to fill up with water and put your feet in
- A towel
- Body butter/lotion
- Socks (optional)
- A chair/couch
Another Yoga Therapy Consult on the day of the retreat to help you process whatever is coming up for you OR to simply do some Yoga Therapy or emotional clearing with Kate.
A Guided Sleep Meditation (audio on Soundcloud)
It is suggested that you plan out your day before you decide to do it. Schedule your 2nd Yoga Therapy Consult with Kate the afternoon of your retreat day.

Make sure you have everything you need. Tell loved ones you will be unavailable to respond to messages. Get your to-dos done beforehand so you can truly enjoy rest instead of being distracted. Remember you can do just a part of the practice but make sure to set aside intentional time to practice self-care and self-love.
