Fall Class Dates are:

Individual Classes are $10 OR choose all 6 for $50 with the Commit to Calm Class Pass (you will get the recording of any class you miss)
This 30-minute session will be a chance for you to pause in the business of life and check in with your mind and body.
Think of this short practice as taking an internal shower. Wash the gunk of life off of you so you can feel more like yourself and show up in the world more loving and less depleted.
Kate will guide you through some simple movements to release tension and tightness in the neck and shoulders. This will allow your body to de-stress and it will help your mind to begin to slow down.
The rest of the practice will be focused on letting go of worries, burdens, and whatever else feels heavy through intentional breathing. Then the focus will be on receiving without effort through guided meditation and sitting in peace.
Once you sign up for the class date you want Kate will email the Zoom link for that class.
The class starts at 7 p.m. central and will be a 30-minute practice
