A spa day isn't what it used to be! It's ok because you can take a day to take care in the comfort of your own home and for a fraction of the cost!
Take time to take care with a day especially created to give you reflection, relaxation, rest, and renewal right at home!
Kate will guide you the whole way and the whole day with an itinerary, online videos, meditations, and more!
What you will get:
An itinerary from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. to help guide you through your at-home retreat day. The itinerary is broken up into 3 parts: morning, afternoon, and evening in case you don't have an entire day to dedicate to the practice. You can split it up!

This will be your guided at-home relaxation practice. The practice includes a foot soak and a guided foot massage.
You will need:
- Epson salts and/or bubble bath
- A small tub or bucket to fill up with water and put your feet in
- A towel
- Body butter/lotion
- Socks (optional)
- A chair/couch
A Reflection sheet, to help you process what you gained from your time of retreat and rest.

It is suggested that you plan out your day before you decide to do it. Make sure you have everything you need. Tell loved ones you will be unavailable to respond to messages. Get your to-dos done beforehand so you can truly enjoy rest instead of being distracted. Remember you can do just a part of the practice but make sure to set aside intentional time to practice self-care and self-love.
